At the heart of the space, a generous custom kitchen anchors the community experience. Sheathed in rich walnut from Madagascar and anchored by honed granite slabs, the bronze glass upper cabinetry softly reflects light while stainless steel appliances add a modern edge.
The island is the true centerpiece: a monumental slab of natural green marble, its veining reminiscent of a tree canopy with organic movement that is almost painterly in nature. The piece was so substantial it required a crane to install, transforming the process into a performance and the island into a sculptural statement. Here, nourishment becomes ritual and gathering becomes art.
An adjoining office and conference room extend the vision, designed for collaboration and thoughtful exchange. Chevron textured wallpaper introduces rhythm and depth, while a striking green marble installation wraps from countertop to ceiling — immersive, bold, and unforgettable.
